The Body as Foundation

The body is the substrate of every other form of energy. A mind cannot focus well in a body that is under-recovered. A man cannot hold emotional boundaries well when his blood sugar is unstable. The belief that you can think your way past a neglected body is one of the most expensive errors a man can make.
